How is money from an electronic check transferred from my customer's bank account to mine?

On your checkout page, the customer enters bank account information required to process a check. When this information reaches the check processor, an electronic funds transfer is created and processed through the Automated Clearing House (ACH). After a few days, the money is debited from your customer's account and credited to yours.
